For commercial loans,
we will want to see some financials for the property. Although we
do not have a minimum debt coverage ratio, we do want to see the income
that the property generates. We do not require audited financials,
and once again credit is not the deciding factor when making a lending
decision on commercial property.

looking to refinance what you currently own, we are able to focus on the merits of your particular transaction.
Some credit issues will require an explanation, such as recent
foreclosures and recent bankruptcies, but having these issues does not
